Avenix provides steel fabrication and construction support in Batam and Bintan: CNC/plasma cutting, SMAW, GMAW/MIG and TIG welding, visual inspection and NDT, corrosion protection up to galvanizing, and on-site installation. We also handle aluminium works (doors, windows, industrial profiles) and base construction for industrial, commercial and residential projects.

Process
Stage 01
We review drawings, specifications and site conditions to define scope, method and schedule.
Stage 02
We prepare the bill of quantities (RAB) and cost analysis so the budget is transparent and controlled from the start.
Stage 03
Materials, manpower and equipment are sourced and scheduled to match the work sequence.
Stage 04
Fabrication, installation and finishing are supervised at every stage through to site clearing.

Fabrication of I-beams and steel frames, welding, and erection of galvanized hollow-section structures, including lifting a large grid frame beside a building with a truck-mounted crane.
