Fall protection system: A-B-C
- A – Anchor: a structure able to hold the fall load.
- B – Body (harness): a full body harness spreads the fall force across thighs, hips and shoulders.

When is a full body harness required?
For work at height under Indonesian HSE rules (Permenaker No. 9/2016) and site procedures; typically at open edges, scaffolding, roofs and steel structures.
What is the difference between double- and single-hook lanyards?
A double hook lets one hook stay attached while moving the other, so the worker is always tied off. A single hook suits one fixed anchor.
What is in the Delta Plus Elara140 kit?
1 HAR12 harness, 1 MINIBLOC AN102 retractable, 1 AM002 karabiner and a storage bag.
Which harness sizes are available?
Delta Plus HAR harnesses come in SM/MD/LG and XL/2X. The GoSave FBH Eco adjusts at 3 points; ask for its size range.
How long does a full body harness last?
Follow the manufacturer's service life and periodic inspections. A harness that has arrested a fall or is damaged must be replaced immediately.
