Avenix provides waterproofing services in Batam and Bintan for multi-storey buildings, factories, warehouses and homes: membrane waterproofing for exterior walls, concrete decks, flat roofs, bathrooms and water tanks. The scope covers scaffolding and site safety, surface preparation, crack repair, primer and multi-coat membrane application, and final inspection. We are currently waterproofing the walls of a BP Batam building.

Process
Stage 01
We inspect where water gets in, the surface condition, cracks, and vulnerable details such as windows, corners and wall-to-roof junctions.
Stage 02
We choose the membrane type (acrylic elastomeric, polyurethane, cementitious or sheet) for each area, then prepare the cost estimate and schedule.
Stage 03
Scaffolding and safety, surface cleaning, crack repair, primer, then at least two membrane coats in crossing directions.
Stage 04
Checks on coverage, pinholes and coating thickness, water testing where needed, then site clearing.

Yes. Avenix carries out waterproofing in Batam and Bintan for exterior walls, concrete decks, flat roofs, bathrooms and water tanks, including multi-storey buildings such as the ongoing BP Batam building project.
For exterior walls exposed to sun and rain, an acrylic elastomeric liquid membrane is usually used because it is elastic, UV-resistant, seamless and available in colours. The final choice depends on the surface and the project specification.
The area (m²), membrane type and number of coats, surface condition and how many cracks need repair, the need for scaffolding or work-at-height access, and the project location. Send photos and an approximate area for a quote.
It depends on façade area, building height and weather. Scaffolding and surface preparation often take longer than applying the membrane itself. The schedule is set out in the quote after a survey.
